Seasonal bistronomy in the heart of Le Marais.
Bombance is a bistronomic restaurant tucked away on rue des Blancs Manteaux, a stone's throw from the Picasso Museum. Seasonal, terroir-driven cooking, a short menu that changes often, and wines from passionate growers.
In the kitchen, Magali Martini, a talented chef, composes her plates from produce that doesn't travel far. In the dining room, we share a love of good wine and good food.
