Data collected and purposes
Bookings. Table reservations are managed by our partner OpenTable. The information you provide (name, contact details, party size, preferences) is processed by OpenTable under its own privacy policy, available at opentable.com/legal/privacy-policy. We use this data solely to honour your reservation.
Private hire and contact enquiries. When you email us, we collect your email address and the content of your message, solely to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
Browsing. This website does not set any analytics or advertising tracking cookies of its own.
Retention period
Booking data is retained according to OpenTable's retention periods. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 3 years.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to bombance.paris@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
Cookies
The site does not set any tracking cookies of its own. The OpenTable booking module embedded in our pages may set technical or analytics cookies covered by OpenTable's policy (link above).
