Bookings. Table reservations are managed by our partner OpenTable. The information you provide (name, contact details, party size, preferences) is processed by OpenTable under its own privacy policy, available at opentable.com/legal/privacy-policy. We use this data solely to honour your reservation.

Private hire and contact enquiries. When you email us, we collect your email address and the content of your message, solely to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).

Browsing. This website does not set any analytics or advertising tracking cookies of its own.

Booking data is retained according to OpenTable's retention periods. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 3 years.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to bombance.paris@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.

To learn which buttons are useful, the site counts some clicks: to booking, to the private hire quote request, on the phone number, on the email address and on "Group enquiry". A click is not a confirmed booking. Only the following are recorded, and immediately added up per day (Paris time): the public page (without parameters), the language, the link position (header, content, footer, mobile bar) and the type of click.

This counter sets no cookie, uses no browser storage and creates no visitor or session identifier. The daily totals it records contain no IP address, browser details, referring page or entered data, so they cannot be used to follow an individual visit or link a click to a person. As with any website, requests pass through and are processed by the site's technical service providers, which also host these statistics. They are used for the restaurant's internal statistics only, without individual tracking or advertising use. If your browser signals an opt-out (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), no click is sent. The embedded OpenTable modules are not measured by this system. When active on the public site, this counting operates as described above.

The site does not set any tracking cookies of its own. The OpenTable booking module embedded in our pages may set technical or analytics cookies covered by OpenTable's policy (link above).
